When we will refund you
- The file is damaged, will not open, or is not the product described.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- You cannot access your download and our support team is unable to fix the problem.
How to request a refund
Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; your bank may take several business days to show the credit.
